POSITION: Renewal Specialist

LOCATION: Nationwide

Auto Club Renewals is looking for experienced Renewal Specialists to call
existing members for a fortune 500 company.

Job requirements include:

*Must have a friendly and energetic personality/pleasant phone etiquette
*Ability to build relationships over the telephone
*Cold calling required
*Extensive Inbound/Outbound Calling Experience
*Customer Service Rep Experience
*Strong sales background required
*Minimum of Windows XP or Windows Vista required
*Home Office SPECIFICALLY dedicated as an office WITH a landline phone (no
use of cell phones for this position).
*Must be comfortable encouraging "up-sell" options with customers (i.e.
upgrading to higher auto club membership).
*Above average computer skills

NOTE 1: Individuals with previous work-at-home sales experience will be
strongly considered.

NOTE 2: It is essential to have a home office including a computer system
(Minimum of Windows XP or Vista), internet access through DSL or Cable,
quiet work environment and unlimited long distance. No cell phones...you
must have a land line for this job.

We have the ability to monitor calls through our web-based database and
phone system. Professionalism at all times is a must.

We pay $12.00/hour plus performance based bonuses. Renewal Specialists are
paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Work hours:

*Monday-Friday 3:00-9:00 p.m., EST and every other Saturday.
